You collect your order from the workshop, 30 rue Michelet in Tours. We write to you as soon as it is ready and agree a time slot: it is free, and you leave with the part in hand.

Tracked parcel, signed for on delivery, anywhere in metropolitan France. Free on orders from €69.
Special shipping for oversized parts
3 to 6 working days

Complete wheel, battery, deck: these parts exceed standard parcel dimensions and travel packed separately. Applied automatically as soon as one of them is in the cart; free shipping never applies to it, whatever the destination.

What happens after payment

Your order is recorded under a reference, sent by email. That is what identifies it from then on.

Preparation within 24 working hours
The part is checked and packed in our workshop in Tours, then handed to the carrier.

Transit of 3 to 6 working days
The parcel is tracked end to end; the tracking number is sent to you by email.

Signed for on delivery
Check the condition of the parcel on receipt and note any reservations with the carrier.
Oversized parts
3 references travel separately
Battery 36 V 7.8 Ah, Hub motor 350 W, 8.5 inch and Anti-slip deck: these parts exceed standard parcel dimensions and go by special shipping at €14.90. It applies automatically as soon as one of them is in the cart, and free shipping never covers it. Collection at the workshop, on the other hand, remains free.

The Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not served at this rate: write to us before ordering and we will quote shipping case by case. The same goes for any other country.

14 days to change your mind, 24 months' legal guarantee
You can withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason: the part comes back unfitted, complete, in its packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless the part is non-conforming, damaged or different from the one ordered — in that case we cover everything and replace or refund.
